Q.  What is the switch on the FLB 24?
A.  The switch is for changing the ink cartridge.

Q.  How far away from the print head should your product be?
A.  Your print head must be 1/8 " away from your product.

Q.  How long of an object can the Magic Pro 360 print?
A.  The Magic Pro 360 will print 8" wide and up to 6" circumference.  The      
  length of the object is determined by the support of the adjusting              
  handle.  Example: a full size bat fits very well.

Q.  What is the resolution your printers needs to be set on?
A.  DPI is always set on 300 also your color is RGB.

Q.  How clear does your printers print?
A.  Printers only prints. Your software has everything to do with your      
 clarity. What you see on your computer is what you get.  You must            
 however set your software on 300 dpi, and your printer must be set on     
 photo, and photo glossy.  

Q.  Does your printers ever have to be cleaned or do they ever clog?
A.  Our printers does not use ink that would make them clog.  Our ink is
 direct ink jet water base ink.

Q.  Does your printers need special software?
A.  All of our printers will use any software you have on your computer.
 We recommend our software which is user friendly for you and your        
 customers.

Q.  How do I change the ink cartridge?
A.  Turn your knob on top of printer to a higher setting, then take the              
  cartridge out, insert a new cartridge, when printing your first print after      
  inserting a new cartridge it will prompt you to do an alignment page          
  click ok when it ask you if the alignment was successful click ok.  Paper   
  is not required if you knob is raised in a high setting.

Q.  What # of color cartridge does my printer need?
A.  Our printers are different series if your printer is 1300 series #29 2300 series 15,             
      refillable is 15A

Q.  What does it mean when my artwork is not clear?
A.  First look at your artwork in your software and make sure it looks
 good on your computer.  Second make sure you are prepping your
 product with a good coating of ink-aid, ink-aid is basically a primer
 to let the ink adhere to the different substrates.  Make sure your DPI
 is set on 300 and also when you print you must be set on photo, and
 photo glossy in your printer set up.  

Q.  My tile is not wearing well. Is there any sealing process that is available
  that I could use?
A.  Yes, we have improved our sealing with tiles, by spray your engine enamel
 on your tile first, bake in the microwave 2 minutes, prep with primer, print your                      
  artwork, and then spray a heavy coat of engine enamel bake in the microwave
 for 4 minutes.  This also works on tile that is already glazed from your local
 stores. Test your tiles first because microwaves are different in temperature

A.  We guarantee to replace any item that is defective in materials and workmanship   free     
     of charge, within 30 days of delivery.  However our Specialty Printers has a warranty of     
     1 year parts and labor.  This is a non-refundable electronic product. We do offer 1 year
